Sing with us

We gather in solidarity and with inspiration from the profound singing movement led by Singing Resistance and our colleagues in Minneapolis as they organize daily to protest ICE's systemic abuses and to protect their most vulnerable communities. Singing is not only a way to unite our voices against tyranny; it sustains long-term engagement as we, too, orgnanize to protect our most vulnerable communities.

Join us for an evening of learning songs formed in the crucible of protest and resistance, that we may then take out as we show up for actions and vigils. For many millennia, music, and specifically music made together in community, has been a crucial way we bolster ourselves and tend to our broken open hearts.

Just as it feels good to act in the companionship of others on behalf of life, so too is the homecoming of singing together.

No experience necessary! All ages welcome.
